WELCOME TO MARA

Mara is the perfect bar to catch up with friends over wine, cocktails, brunch or dinner in The Shore in Leith.

Named after the Gaelic word for "of the sea" it's fitting that we are situated right on The Shore in Leith, Edinburgh.

Bring a few of your loved ones and unwind in scenic surroundings, either on our sun-trap of a garden or inside our contemporary bar and restaurant.

We pride ourselves on our expertly curated and ever-rotating wine list, creative cocktails and freshly prepared food including sharing platters, small bites and our popular brunch menu served until 4pm daily.

We are dog-friendly and now offer takeaway drinks!
