Big Fat Quiz & Wine Tasting of the Year

Celebrate the start of a new year by grabbing a few of your smartest friends and competing in a pub quiz while also enjoying a wine tasting.

Test your knowledge across 2025's wildest moments, sports, pop culture and music - and maybe even learn a thing or two about wine along the way.

Our kitchen will also be open throughout the quiz for late lunches, early dinners and snacks to keep your brain functioning.

We'll be joined for by Poppy from Majestic Wines for this fantastic event.

• Sunday 25th January 2026, 2pm arrival

• Group sizes: 2-6 people

• Includes a wine tasting with 4 wines (or alcohol-free drinks if you are doing dry January) and a 2025 quiz with prizes for winners and best team name.

Prizes

1st Place: Tickets for your whole team to a future Mara wine event or a £50 bar tab.

2nd Place: £30 bar tab.

3rd place: A bottle of wine.
